Staff Absence

Dear patients. We have unusually high levels of staff absence at the moment, in both our Care Navigator and GP teams. We are doing our best to support our services with depleted resources, so please be patient if it takes longer to reach us by phone, or if we have to rearrange your appointment due to staff absence. If you are contacting the practice for a non-urgent or routine non-medical matter, please consider contacting us at another time when we will be better placed to help you.
